Compassion, courage, love, bravery and connection are some of the big words we like to throw around in pop psychology vernacular. ⠀The thing they all have in common is that like verbs, they are all things you have to DO. We have to show our love and compassion by doing it. We have to be brave, by making courageous efforts.
