This can come from family, cultural or societal pressures and influences, and they can have a surprisingly negative impact on us. Working together, we will start to explore and articulate your experiences, with the goal of making the process of connecting to your emotions less overwhelming and intimidating. Any behaviors that seem out of control are important to understand and explore through the lens of any feelings that may be present or past experiences that are influencing them.
